Quick typo update - the dress was $50 (not $40).

I purchased a dress for my baby from Jamie Kay and after one wear it tore at the shoulder seam and pilled. I contacted them right away and they told me its normal for a dress to tear in this way and despite photos they denied the pilling.

They refused to refund or exchange the item. It cost $40 which isn't wildly expensive but its certainly not cheap for a baby item. I also made a comment on social media to warn other customers which they deleted and blocked. They state they take responsibility for their items and go above and beyond consumer law on their website.

Lol! Careful shopping here!
